Lisa has been with the Bank for over 30 years, and loves that she is now helping second, and in some cases third, generation clients. She is passionate about swimming, with her daily goal being to swim 2500 yards (100 lengths). She has been a host Mom to eight international students while they attended their junior year of high school, and has even had them come back to attend University. Lisa comes from a large Italian family so she loves to eat and cook!

Karen began her career with Mid-State Bank in 1978 and has a total of 44 years of experience in the lending field, with many years focused on commercial and residential construction lending. In 2002, Karen changed her career path to mortgage lending. She currently resides in Morro Bay and works out of the Templeton and Morro Bay offices.

Mike enjoys working with all types of clients – single family, two to four unit properties, and estates – and he excels with complex borrower financials. His over 30 years in the industry gives him the experience you can count on. In his spare time, Mike can be found volunteering with the Monterey Peninsula Foundation, which operates the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, and of course is an avid golfer himself.

Edna specializes in refinances and purchases, and especially enjoys working with first time homebuyers. She is an active member in Northern Santa Barbara County, from Santa Maria to Santa Ynez. She regularly participates in Relay for Life in Santa Maria and Lompoc, as well as Empty Bowls fundraisers to fight hunger. In her downtime, Edna enjoys antiquing and the relaxation that comes with gardening.

Alfredo brings 11 years of banking experience to Mechanics Bank. He has the knowledge and experience to help his clients through the entire mortgage loan process with a high level of service and care. Alfredo is fluent in both English and Spanish. Outside of the office, he likes to spend time with his family, travel and try new restaurants.
